LEDQuality Control
Every batch is checked before shipment. We publish only specifications that come from factory spec sheets, and we label anything still being verified.
How we check bulbs
- Aging (burn-in) test: bulbs are lit on aging racks before packing, so early failures are caught in the factory rather than in your market.
- Electrical: start and stable power per bulb are checked against the spec sheet (for example, BT150: 150 W start / 120 W stable).
- Light output: luminous flux is checked in a flux test box. Lumens and colour temperature can be customized to the buyer's requirements for most series.
- Pre-shipment inspection: orders are inspected before loading, and the payment balance is due after that inspection.
Waterproof rating
All ShinVea LED headlight bulb series are rated IP68. The Q58 compact series is also specified for −40 °C to +90 °C with a rated life of at least 50,000 h.
